#4 Tea Blend

A hearty blend of dried Rainbow Valley guava pieces and sage leaves, great for aiding comfort and ease in the upper respiratory system.  If you're trying to shift a cough, or suffer from asthma, sage can help loosen and create space in the upper respiratory tract.

Brew to taste - we recommend starting with a flat teaspoon per cup and steeping for 6mins.
