Lemon Balm Tea

Part of the mint family, lemon balm is traditionally used to calm the nervous systems, so is great before bed, or any time you are feeling anxious or dysregulated.  Rainbow Valley lemon balm is wild foraged.

Brew to taste - we recommend starting with 1tsp per cup, and steeping for 6mins.  Add honey if desired.
